Common issues and resolutions

Forgot password
Contact the Help Desk at 7393 for assistance.
Passkey enrollment
Passkeys must be registered from your Account Profile. To enroll a passkey, sign in, open your Profile page, and use the "Register Passkey" option to follow device/browser prompts. Once registered, you can use the Passkey option on the login page. Campus-managed devices may require coordination with IT for enrollment.
Multi-factor problems
Ensure your authenticator app or security key is available. If lost, contact Help Desk for account recovery.
