This page provides guidance for common account and authentication issues and how to contact district support.

Security reminder: District IT will never ask for your password or passkey. If someone requests your credentials, report it immediately to the Help Desk.

Common issues and resolutions

Forgot password
If available, use self-service password reset. Otherwise, contact the Help Desk for verified assistance.
Passkey enrollment
Passkeys must be registered from your Account Profile. To enroll a passkey, sign in, open your Profile page, and use the "Register Passkey" option to follow device/browser prompts. Once registered, you can use the Passkey option on the login page. Campus-managed devices may require coordination with IT for enrollment.
Multi-factor problems
Ensure your authenticator app or security key is available. If lost, contact Help Desk for account recovery.
Application access
If you cannot access an integrated application, confirm the application is approved for SSO and your account has appropriate permissions. Contact the application's owner and the Help Desk.
